It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of *Elvis Lawrence Miggels*, Speaker of the Blue Crane Route Local Municipal Council, who departed this life to be with his Maker.

The Council extends its deepest sympathies to his family, fellow Councillors, and all who were touched by his dedicated service to our community. His leadership, wisdom, and unwavering commitment will be remembered as a cornerstone of our municipal governance.

A memorial and funeral service will be held on a date, time, and venue to be announced in due course.
We mourn this great loss and stand together in remembering his legacy. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
